The Association of Home Professionals began in 2006, with a shared web site supporting 25 home professionals in southern NH. Initially known as 4 Walls 1 Roof, membership was limited to women business owners and professionals who provided products and services for home owners. We held monthly meetings with guest speakers and exhibited at 20+ events through the winter of 2009.

Recognizing the growing influence of the Internet, founder Tina Gleisner wanted to leverage technology to help members develop new marketing skills and connect with home owners quickly and cost effectively. She also recognized that the organization would be far more valuable to home owners if we provided a directory of home professionals involved in every aspect of home ownership from buying or building a home, to remodeling, maintaining, decorating, organizating and ultimately enjoying one’s home. The Association of Home Professionals or AHPConnect expands the original 4 Walls scope to include all of these professionals.

Within the Home Professional community, members play a variety of roles. These include:

• Guest Experts – are established in their field of expertise in marketing or a field related to the home such as real estate, construction or interior decorating.  Experts participate in tele-events with home owners or home professionals, contribute articles, post to our blog and offer their products and/or services to members.
• Contributing Authors – have demonstrated

Lifetime Members – were part of the original 4 Walls 1 Roof group

Note: The Association of Home Professionals is a member organization led by Tina Gleisner and her virtual team working across the US, including graphic designers, web developers, newsletter and copy writers/editors plus a growing list of business partners who offer services of value to home professionals.

Our home base is the world wide web (www) but some companies require that we share a physical address with you: 25 Duston Ave, Hampton NH 03842.  Tina might be home or she might be walking with her chocolate lab Samantha, on the beach, as that’s where she creates many of the ideas here at AHPConnect. Our phones are also virtual via Vonage, and your phone messages at 866-433-0966 are delivered to us as via email.
